Fileworkbase invoices off this website. The rules below apply once a fee has been paid for a named service. Australian Consumer Law rights sit beside them and are not reduced.
A refund may be requested by the person or organisation named on the invoice. We need the invoice number, the service, and a short reason. Write to info@fileworkbase.digital or use the contact form with topic “Something else”.
Ask at least ten full days before a programme’s first live table for a full refund of that seat, minus a A$90 administration amount if we have already prepared your file review. Desk Briefs cancelled more than forty-eight hours ahead are refunded in full. Inside forty-eight hours, the Desk Brief fee is kept because the reviewer has already read the file.
If Fileworkbase cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund or a transfer to a later intake, your choice. If you withdraw after week two of Workforce Capacity Modelling, we refund 40% of the seat fee provided you have not received both written critiques. After week five, seats are not refundable except where Consumer Law requires it.
Travel you book to Pemberton, software licences, and third-party roster tools are never refunded by us because we did not sell them. Archive access already used for more than thirty days is not refunded on its own.
We confirm receipt within two working days and decide within ten working days. If we agree, we refund by the original payment method where the processor allows it. Processing time is usually five to ten working days after we instruct the bank. We do not refund in cash at Bellion Drive.
Retained Counsel may be ended at the six-month mark without a break fee. Early exit before six months is not refunded for unused months, unless we have failed to provide the monthly review. Illness that prevents sitting a live table can be converted to the next intake once; that is a transfer, not a cash refund, unless you prefer the cash rules above.
